Introduction
The PR005S/PR015S grades is developed for optimum machining of heat-resistant alloys, and it comes with improved wear resistance with MEGACOAT HARD coating. These inserts provide stable and consistent performance, and the improved thermal properties help to reduce sudden fracture and decrease edge wear. Use it for low cutting force and reliable machining with newly designed chip breakers – SQ, SX and SG – in medium and high-speed applications.
