KYOCERA
CARBIDE RECYCLING

We make it easy to recycle your used carbide
and receive payment based on the recovered carbide weight.

YOUR USED CARBIDE STILL HOLDS VALUE

When your carbide tools reach the end of their service life, their value doesn’t.

Our Circularity Program makes it easy to recover that value and keep valuable materials in circulation.
We handle the process — and you get paid for the recovered carbide.

EXTENDING TOOL LIFE WITH RENEW & CARBIDE RECYCLING

Renew Reconditioning and Circularity work together to get more value from every tool. ReNew extends the tool's service life through reconditioning. When reconditioning is no longer possible, Circularity recovers the valuable carbide so it can be used again.

Here is how the closed-loop process works:

1. USE
A new Kyocera tool is put into production.

2. RENEW
The tool is reconditioned to extend its service life and can be ReNewed multiple times.

3. END OF TOOL LIFE
When reconditioning is no longer possible, the tool has reached its technical end of life.

4. RECYCLE
Through our Circularity Program, the valuable carbide is recovered for recycling.

5. CREATE AGAIN
The recovered material returns to the production stream to help create new Kyocera tools.
